Air con in our room was terrible. A family room for two adults and two children (8 and 11) only includes a double and a single bed. Room was outdated and rusty. We booked and pre-paid through Expedia, but they couldn't find our reservation.
Hotel is very conveniently located between two MRT stations and there is a bus stop just outside.

The room was ok. but really tired- the windows were dirty and the bathroom dirty.
and there was almost constant slight noise outside the room - staff talking, etc...
poor gym.
really disappointing for the price tag...
