Conveniently located a few steps from Bencoolen MRT station. Room is tiny for a family of 4 but is good value for Singapore.

We really liked our friendly welcome, upgrade and early check in. Our room was modern and a good size. Across the road to the Bencoolen train. Very helpful cleaning staff as well

On the whole, the room was clean and functional for our two nights stay. What I don’t like is the bathroom was too crammed. The toilet seat didn’t fit the toilet (probably a later addition). The hairdryer was cumbersome (fixed into the back end of a drawer - I presume to prevent theft). Since I hv short hair, I gave up trying to figure out how to make it work!!

We booked a triple bedroom . They called "luxury room". Even for two people is extremely small. No space for the luggage. No closet !!! At reception they said that is the size for a triple room in Singapur. I really don't believe that.
The pool is also very small .
The location is fine.

The photos are somewhat deceptive. The rooms were a shoebox and no wardrobes . Clothes were hung on a small rack or hooks. Only for 1-2 people for one night. Not a long stay hotel . However, the staff were wonderful and went above and beyond to be friendly and of service.
The hotel is ideally located, with easy MRT access to all attractions.

I enjoyed my stay at the Mi Bencoolen. The property is situated in a wonderful little area close to MRT and dining options. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I definitely would consider staying here again in the future. Thank you.
