very nice and clean. building seems fairly recently renovated, so everything in the room still looked sharp. other reviewers think the rooms are a bit small, but I think it's more than enough for solo travellers like me.
minor negative is that the walls seem thin/not enough soundproofing: I can hear my neighbour brushing their teeth and drying their hair late in the evening. quite a lot of noise also seeped through the door.

It was my second stay in this hotel. The room was sparkly clean. While there is no window in the room the ventilation is very good and it did not bother me. Bed is firm, which I love.
There are lots of food options nearby and it's only slightly less than 10minutes walk to PLQ and Paya Lebar MRT. I recommend for a budget friendly stay in Singapore.

Great spot for a quick overnight stay. Clean, updated interiors, 24hr reception, close to MRT station. Good price.

Expect a small room, but it's clean, tidy and functional. We only stayed a night, and we enjoyed walking around the area, eating random street food and then enjoying a comfortable sleep. Would definitely stay there again.
