2-star resort with terrible service & cleanliness

Booking ID was diff from their system, they didn't check all their reservation avenues & just said my booking don't exist & asked me to contact Hotel.com. After like 20 mins I finally connected to a Hotel.com agent and passed my phone to the Hotel owner. Not surprisingly my booking was found in less than a minute, owner said not his fault because booking ID was diff. But he didn't even bother to check all the reservation avenues beforehand!? I even showed him my booking through the Hotel.com App & he just didn't bother. It's just pure laziness and unprofessionalism. They have a partnership with Hotel.com hence if there is an issue of double booking, they should Hotel.com directly & solve the problem, instead he puts the problem on me & asks me to call Hotel.com or else he can't give me a room because its fully booked. In the end the issue was just a diff booking ID, which could have been easily solved if he cross-referenced all the bookings with my name & mobile no. Now onto the room, quite big, decorations are woeful, room looks dated and the toilet is as dirty as a toilet can be. Thick black stains all around the corners and the tiles. This is classified as a 2.5/3-star hotel but trust me, this is a 2-star hotel at best, & I've stayed in 2-star hotels more cleaner than this. Ambience & location is amazing since its away from the city, but the resort/hotel needs major renovations. Customer service is non-existent and owners look like they don't know how to run a business.
