We enjoyed our stay. We appreciated it was close to many bus stops and near Havelock MRT. What would have improved our stay is a better TV and a bidet toilet.

Dusty and dirty rooms.they Didn’t remove the old bath robe by previous stayers and it smelled bad.Only changed when asked .

Great facilities and within walking distance of busses and MRT. Not far from Singapore’s main attractions. Attentive staff including concierge.

Easy access to bus stops and MRT. Staff has been helpful, operator send help in few minutes wait, clean and spacious room 😊

Staff really lovely and friendly. Executive room facilities fantastic.
Station near but you need a metro ticket which needs to be purchased in China Town. Taxis were a must for our trip.

The Family room was a bit too smallfor an average Family of 4 people
