Staff were excellent. Bed was too hard. A smell in the room

There are two things that I dislike. First, there is a lot of noise early in the morning, from around 1am to 4am, which was extremely bad for sleeping. It seemed to me the noise was coming from someone cleaning the hallway. There is also a constant sneezing noise from a guy either next door or one level below. Second, the room was quite hot despite the temperature was set to just 17 degree. The air conditioning either did not work or was not properly regulated.
On the other hand, I like the staff and the location.
