Staff at the reception especially the male receptionist so unfriendly and soo arrogant. Cleaning was bad, only vacuum the floor and not cleaning the dust and its everywhere…
So noisy refrigerator, light box, bathroom ventilator so loud. Never changed the bedsheet in 11 nights.

We humbly admit we too are disappointed to learn how our various team members attended to your family and you during your stay as this is not the level of service we advocate at our residence and we would like to assure you a thorough investigation will carried out and upon conclusion of our findings, we shall counsel our team members concerned and seek improvements in the areas we lack, in addition to carrying out the needed corrective works in the two units of apartments on the 22nd level which were assigned for your family and your stay. –We would also like to inform you as our housekeeping team members are from a contracted cleaning service provider, we will request for a change in staff if needed. --We truly appreciate your feedback as it is essential in educating our staff about good and bad service, and we shall ensure your feedback will be given to all. Took a few minutes to figure out where the reception was (floor 6), but other than that it was a really great stay. It has a more of a serviced apartment feeling than the traditional hotel, which I personally like better. Very clean, well furnished, and comfortable.
