Posted 28 Sep 2023 on HotelsWe had a really great stay at Banyan Tree. The room was better than we had expected and the staff were really attentive and caring. It wasn't the cheapest but was worth the money.

Check-in was a breeze. I have issues with the shower water heater, though. They tried to fix it but still no warm water.
