Although, it took us a bit to locate the hotel in the terminal. We were very pleased with the welcoming from the front desk and our room. It’s definitely convenient for an early morning flight out of Changi airport.

I like facilities in the bath room. It would be nice if we could get facial tissue paper in the room.

I arrived at 1 am and there was one front desk with a long line of customers to check in. The room is overall ok and has the basic needed equipment.
