Posted 13 Dec 2020 on HotelsIts ok. The check in is very slow and you need to understand Spanish. The junior suite is large. Be sure to call ahead to Double-check the details of your reservation before you arrive. I reserved a king but had to sleep on a double. There are a lot of gekos in the hallways. There are a ton of restaurants nearby.

Call ahead to verify bed options
Posted 7 Dec 2020 on HotelsMy "guaranteed" reservation for a single King was not honored and I had to accept two double beds. A double bed is way too small for me and reception refused to give me any price reduction.

Very modern facilities, great location, friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean room. Wonderful breakfast. Close to restaurants, shopping facilities and very safe.

Tenía una necesidad, llamé a la recepción y NUNCA me respondieron, pasados los 40 minutos, me devolvieron el llamado a la habitación. Hice la solicitud y solucionaron en otros 40 minutos.
No me cambiaron las toallas durante las 3
Noches que estuve ahí. No vuelvo más, y tampoco lo recomiendo a nadie!

Good hotel
Posted 5 Mar 2019 on HotelsGood hotel, they have a fenced in compound with indoor and outdoor places to eat. Service is excellent and prices were reasonable. They have a nice pool and a membership to a local gym close to the hotel.
