Excellent service. Easy to communicate with the owner, who was very flexible and helpful. The property is new, very well appointed and pleasingly decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed and was cleaned for us daily. It was a joy to stay at this place for 3 days.

Although I contacted the property 48 hours prior I was not given any codes to get in. I was given a phone number which I had text earlier in the day to notify we would be arriving with no response. My taxi waited OVER AN HOUR (extra charge for me) with me and even reached out to the property manager on his phone to get them to answer. Finally was able to get in. Very friendly regardless. The person in charge Karla, promised to send a driver to take us to the airport in the morning (she offered) , The driver never arrived. We struggled to find alternate arrangements. It is not the type of place where you can walk out and find a taxi. The place is very nice and very clean and very secure, but not very well organized as far as getting in and please don’t make promises you cannot keep. We were counting on your word to get us to the airport on time.

Hola, buenos días me apena mucho que hayan sucedido este tipo de situaciones yo no estaba enterada que el taxi no había llegado la comunicación era difícil con los huéspedes porque no contestaban el teléfono pero me hubieran podido llamar para asegurar lo del Taxi, lamento mucho estos inconvenientes y pido una disculpa, es muy importante para nostros tener comunicación directa con los huéspedes para poder remediar este tipo de situaciones, revisaré el tema con el servicio de Taxis que es independiente a nosotros

This place was so nice and safe that we didn't even want to leave the room. Unbelievable price for this place and they even had neflix accounts on both tv's :)

If anyone books here contact property first. Otherwise, I guarantee you will get lost. Google maps and all other map apps are useless. Take you in circles. Can’t say if property is nice or since after an hour of trying to locate ended sleeping in another hotel.
