The hotel was overbooked
Posted 2 Dec 2019 on HotelsThe hotel that I booked was overbooked when I checked in. They told me that I will be relocated to a different hotel but that didn’t happen. Now I am still waiting for a refund which I was told that according to policy I will not get, which is really absurd.

Everything about Teofely is great, especially the staff. The hardest and saddest part is that hotels.com didn't forward our reservation to the hotel so we waited 2 hours before check in. The staff was very patient but then hotels.com was very slow to reply. Didn't even bother to repky to my concern. Just a tip. Directly book to teofelys gardens rather thank using other booking app.
