I know that this city under major construction. However, it should be more cleaned.

Great location, very pleasant and clean rooms. The staff was super nice. They are all incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. The location was quite convenient. I took a taxi from the airport and got there within half an hour. There are so many beaches around that we got to enjoy the sunshine! The breakfast was quite good. I will be coming back next time. No doubt.

Brug ikke dine penge her!

Vi havde en rigtig dårlig oplevelse med Junlan, der startede allerede ved check-in. Receptionisten kunne ikke engelsk, kun kinesisk. Hun forsøgte med oversætter, der ikke gav mening og ringede herefter til en 3. person, der kunne tale engelsk. Vedkommende påstod, at hotellet ikke tog imod online betaling og ville derfor have os til at betale hele beløbet (som allerede var betalt gennem Hotels). Da vi afslog dette krævede de i stedet et 50 dollar depositum, der mere eller mindre oversteg summen for overnatningen og på ingen måde kunne stå på mål ift kvaliteten af møblerne på værelset. Sengen var hård som en sten og selve værelset virkede sjusket - ligesom Sihanoukville i det hele taget. Billederne på Hotels må være hjulpet godt på vej. Derudover er poolen placeret i receptionen, hvor fitness centeret også er. Absolut IKKE anbefalelsesværdigt!

For our staff who do not speak English, they have tried their best to use the translation device to serve our customers.
