Would recommend this place to others. Good price for so close to the Siesta Key Beach.

Everyone in the office is great and helpful right down to the cleaning staff! Especially Jen in the office. She is over the top accommodating. Wonderful customer service!! Couldn’t be happier here at our stay! The beach access is just a short walk with beautiful powdery sands and clear blue waters! Highly recommend!

Wow Jen at the front desk was AMAZING! Talk about accommodating! She is the best. We love our little gem we found. The room is clean and tiny. Our bungalow for future vacations to come!

Great location in crescent beach. Beach is literally a 3 minute walk where you can rent 2 sunbeds and a umbrella, beach is lovely. The captiva is a lovely set of apartments on one level very clean with everything you need. The captiva is within a village like area lovely and clean great location and you can get the free trolley into the vibrant village area. Would highly recommend staying at the captiva.

The property was ok. Location was the best part. Steps from the beach and dining. Our room had a strange smell like something was being covered up with an overwhelming pine or lemon scent cleaner. Staff were really friendly. Weird people in the room to our right we felt were more likely residents than visitors. They made us feel uncomfortable as they were loud, obnoxious and always trying to engage us in conversation.

Great location at the quieter side of Siesta Key beach. Private beach access with lounger hire. Hire costs were maybe a little bit expensive. Free car parking and laundry facilities availability. Regular free trolley bus transport into downtown Siesta Key available.
