We received a warm welcome from the reception once we arrived, and the check-in went fluently. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. The cable-train is right in front of the hotel, which makes it super convenient especially when you finished your day in Cran Montana skiing. The breakfast is simple but nicely prepared, not to mention the Italian coffee. Overall very pleasant and chill experience, and very grateful for the help from the owner. :D

Never again - avoid this place if you can
Posted 10 Mar 2021 on HotelsDecrepit hotel, in dire need of renovation. None of the hotel staff were wearing protective face masks during our stay, which we found especially shocking. There were no amenities open to guests, so no breakfast, despite it being included in the room price. The reception staff made no effort to make us feel welcome, or to offer help to us in finding food and sustenance in the vicinity. The bar was closed during our stay, except for Sunday morning, when alcohol was being served - but not to us! The towels in the room were old, worn and thin and the fittings dated. This is a very tired place you should only stay in desperation.

No-frills stay in Sierre
Posted 5 Jul 2019 on HotelsThis Hotel is simple and functional. Very close to the station and funicular. The rooms are kept clean, but the decoration is old and a bit shabby. The breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant and is ok but not extravagant. It was very hot during my stay and my room had neither air-conditioning nor a fridge for cold drinks. Wifi is reliable.

A hotel to stay overnight
Posted 14 Apr 2018 on HotelsThe lift undergoes upgrading when I was there but the receptionist was kind enough to get someone to help me with my luggage. The room furniture was old and need renovation. The room smell. There is no proper luggage storage area.
The room is spacious and relatively quiet. Hotel has a good location just in front of the funiculair. Train station is also nearby. Supermarket and restaurant were just round the corner. Very convenient.

Book at your peril !!!
Posted 21 Feb 2018 on HotelsI booked my stay the night of my stay, when I arrived at the hotel the door as locked there was no bell and no one would answer the phone (I called 6 times) this left me with no hotel and unable to find another one which resulted with me having to sleep in my car in sub zero temperatures ... very unhappy !!
