We stayed in a beautiful suite. Had a problem with hot water our first night but the staff did all one could expect to resolve it. Otherwise, would give it 5 stars in every other area.

Julia and Federica could not have been kinder, the breakfast was wonderful and the property was beautiful. I highly recommend for a lovely stay.

This was an excellent stay in Siena. A stone's throw from the Fortezza Medici and the Piazza with great eats nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Your resort is beautiful, with luxurious accommodations and a fine breakfast buffet. Its location is in a convenient area of the city, But I did not enjoy my stay and in fact I chose to stay only one night instead of 2 nights which I had paid for. Your receptionist Federica was extremely rude and disrespectful. I have never experienced such behavior from anyone in Italy before and I will never stay nor recommend this hotel again. She messaged me several times on WhatsApp, prior to my arrival, regarding the parking and the hour at which I would arrive, I was busy traveling throughout the country, driving several hours from the south, and I did not receive each message, nor did I have the time to devote to that. I gave her an estimate of my arrival, but I did not see one of the messages regarding the parking garage address. Sometimes there is limited phone service while driving through the country. When we arrived, the receptionist Federica, was extremely unhappy because we didn’t park the car at the address she had sent. With all other interactions I had with her she was very disrespectful and rude. At one point slamming the door in my face after I asked her for an iron for my room. When you book a hotel in a different country, you may not always understand all the rules prior to your arrival, but she did not make this a very pleasant or easy experience for us. It’s called “accommodations” for a reason, and there was no accommodating from her.

Good morning Mrs. Patricia, I'm Federica Ciarmoli, I'm very sorry but I'm sure we never saw each other unfortunately. I wasn't at work during your stay - and in any case it seems very strange to me what you say and I really don't think anyone on our staff can match what you wrote. That said, I don't think it's absolutely respectful to talk about someone if you're sure, but it doesn't matter. The messages we send only 3 and are useful for all our guests to understand well how to get to the parking lot, and are always very much appreciated. For everything else I can guarantee the utmost kindness and care of all the staff. I'm sorry but your opinion remains very strange and unpleasant. We are very sorry! Best regards, Federica

Excellent experience at Relais Angeli. Reception was great as was our room. Breakfast offerings was best of our one month in Italy. Service in all areas was very good.

The staff was very helpful finding us dining options for Christmas Eve. The room was exquisite and the breakfast was excellent as well as the attentive breakfast staff.

The diamond suite was outstanding! The breakfast was excellent. The staff was very kind and helpful. Very clean and comfortable.

This hotel was so beautiful and the breakfast in the morning was great! I would definitely stay here again, everything within walking distance.
