This pleasant little Hotel needs a better bank!

Posted 19 Aug 2018 on HotelsThere is a young man working at the front desk which is very enthusiastic and hard working. He does a very good job and we respect that. The rooms are very big and the location is good. Quiet corner of town. Free breakfast is great. Toiletries could be better. Everything else is fine.

Pros: Everything
Location: Great location. Walking distance to everything. Great spa next door!
From the first minute to the last that we spent at this hotel, everything was perfect. Staff was outstanding, super friendly and helpful and great at organizing, so everything went smooth and we loved it.

オリエンタルでとても素敵なホテルでしたが、到着時空港でのピックアップをリクエストしていたのに来てもらえなかったので初日から不安な思いをしました。また比較的新しいホテルなのかタクシードライバーが認知しておらず、ホームページにも住所が明記されていないのでドライバーが迷っていました。
あと部屋の位置によるかもしれませんが、近くにお寺とカラオケバー？があり明け方4時半頃にマイクでお経が読み上げられていたのと、深夜までカラオケの騒音がありました。気になる人は気になるかもしれません。
他はスタッフの対応も良く、アロママッサージも良かったです。

Pros: There is no better of one single peace, because they raised the edge!
Cons: On that high level, it‘s really difficult to find something to name.
Maybe one: Put some candles and a lighter inside the room for the room-odorizer.
Location: Siem Reap, small quiet street, less than 10 minutes walk from Pub Street.
After almost 30 years of travelling around the world and specially 10 years inside SE-Asia, that hotel with his outstanding service-staff is one of the two best hotels I ever stayed.
