Nice little budget friendly place.
Internet was very spotty. It felt like I was using dialup again.
Hard to communicate with staff at times but they are helpful.
No restaurant but there a plenty of options nearby.

It’s a lovely little hotel full of south East Asian quirks and charm. It’s a little set back from the main areas and the nightlife and the streets around there aren’t great but it’s clean, friendly and good value.

Nice stay good location
Posted 27 Feb 2020 on HotelsGood hotel for the price range. Pool great. Convenient to access everything. Quiet and safe. Bed was hard as a rock. Breakfast was a winner - recommend the eggs Benedict and the waffles. Our son loved the fried rice

Nice hotel with helpful staff
Posted 14 Feb 2020 on HotelsChheng Residence is a nice and relaxing hotel located in a rather calm and safe area just outside the city centre with ten minutes walking distance to the pub street. The staff is very attentive and helpful. They offer tours to the temple area and other places with own tuk-tuk drivers to a good price. They also provide free pick up at the airport. My room was clean and nice and had everything I needed. The pool area is relaxing. The breakfast is good, there are options for both Asian as well as western people.

Best place in town

the residence is walking distance to main areas of city centre but quite and relaxing staff were excellent and helpful
