I was cheated with the reservation. They have two accounts on Expedia, I made it under the Angkor Palace Suite & Villa account at higher price, but that area of ​​the resort is closed, no services..... if I had known I would have made the reservation under Angkor Palace Resort & Spa account for half the price. It was a fraud.

We again to inform that your room is not pool view, and not expensive as you mentioned, our room selling base on season and occupancy. Anyway, let us politely explain again to you: => Angkor Palace Resort & Spa, and Angkor Palace Suite & Villa are in one compound property, but we have separated building but the rooms set up are the same to accommodate the guests. => You have booked our Deluxe Room (Angkor Palace Suite & Villa), but we arrange your room at Angkor Palace Resort & Spa building with free upgrade to Premier Deluxe Room which is more expensive US$15-20 per night to the original room type you paid of Deluxe Room, we apologise that we are not able to arrange your room at our Angkor Palace Suite & Villa building which is under maintenance to apply Health & Safety Checklist from Expedia Team last month till now, and it will serve the guest again at the end of November as informed you during your stay with us. So we hope your kindly understand this case again with above explanation. Anyway, we appreciated for your time to share the feedback and we could see the opportunity to improve on your resort, we will share to our management in order to reconsider to your feedback. Great hotel and staff

We had an exceptional stay here. It is very nice, spacious and comfortable. Our room had excellent air conditioning and was very nice and clean. Great pool and pool bar. The breakfast is nice and varied each day. Best of all were the staff who are extremely helpful and friendly. We'd definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and peaceful property

I stayed at the property for 3 nights with my friend. Staff was very friendly and helpful, arranging airport pickups at short notice. The room was spacious, environment within the property beautiful, the pool well maintained, and the free breakfast tasty. Perfect for family trips. The only thing is that it's about 4 km to the city center so we had to use the hotel shuttle or Tuktuk to get around. If you want to be closer to the crowd then this is not the place for you. Otherwise it wouls be a great experience.

Anyway, regards to distance, we are just 1.8 km away from the city not at that 4 km. We offer free every-hour city shuttle in the evening for the guests who wish to visit the center. And we also do have tuk tuk drivers stand by at our resort 24h a day, and this transportation guest could easily access anywhere anytime. However, we appreciate your feedback.
