The complimentary shuttle to the airport is a very convenient for the early morning flights

Great hotel and pool beds were 2 singles put together which was only dissapoint but pools lovely and clean and free airport transfer saved any hassle spot on

Great hotel @ Surabaya airport. Only 10 minutes to the terminal

Your hotel is pretty straightforward. We try to get a room at premier place that’s down the street from you and they beat and switched us. Your reception was very cool about it not needing to charge a deposit for an extra room key. Definitely the next round we go back. We will stay with you guys.

Was only there for a few hours sleep before checking out for my flight. But it was nicer than other chain properties in Indonesia like Aston. Would probably pick a Swiss Belinn over other local chains in the future. Booking multiple rooms on the website was a hassle though, needed to key in payment details multiple times. Booking via a travel site was easier.
