Everything about the hotel was lovely, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The facilities were fabulous with the Spa and we ended up eating in the hotel restaurant the Upper Deck each ever our stay because the food was so good. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

First time we have stayed and would definitely stay again good parking and so handy for walking into Sidmouth. enjoyed the spa as well staff were very friendly and helpful

Disappointed with the service at dinner and breakfast, staff were lovely but not enough of them working, so service was extremely slow with dirty tables everywhere. First room did not have a working TV and second room did not have a hairdryer - had to ring reception from my mobile as the phone in the room did not work either.
