The bed and pillows in the room was awful, the shower pressure was non-existent, and the room itself was much smaller than advertised.
The front desk staff, however, was super friendly, and very welcoming when we checked in.
I paid over $200 for this room and it was defiantly not worth it!

I am sorry you had such a terrible experience Lyndsay. It is hard to find a bed that fits everyone's needs, but Hilton sure does try. Again, I am sorry we did not meet your expectations.

The one thing I did not like is that their TV system would not let me use my Amazon fire stick with their tv system!

Thank you for your feedback! We do have a new system because Hilton is requiring a connected room experience! I do believe that we can change to an HDMI port and it should/could work! I need to test that out! I am sorry it was a frustration for you.

I was somewhat disappointed that your website says this hotel has a casino, when we saw nothing like that there.

Thank you for staying with us Kimberly and for your feedback! I have seen that on a website and have asked them to remove it. I guess it still has not been removed. I will see what I can do again. Correct, we don't have a casino. They are still illegal in Arizona except for on reservations. So, the closest Casino is at Hondah, about 40 minute drive from the hotel.
