Very helpful staff. We were able to check in very early for just a small charge. The breakfast is great- lots of options. Rooms in good condition, if a little small (but this seems normal for Japan). Would recommend.

reception on 24th floor not convenient and 2 elevator rides every time inconvenient. No room service.

Great hotel with excellent customer service.
Also super convenient for me to walk to our
Tokyo office.
Only thing I can say is the gym needs to be
a bit bigger as I saw myself and others waiting
for equipment (bikes, treadmills, etc.).

Everything was good about the property.l and rooms, other than the room was small for a king size bed. The dining options at the hotel are limited and close early. Breakfast buffet was ok, could have had better variety

We were upgrade to a bigger room which was fantastic. Very quiet corner. Nice view.
