Property is in the new business district with easy access to . Staff very helpful. Internet access great in room but poor in public area but this can be overlooked. A great stay thanks

Easy access to the trains. Quiet area and rooms. Rooms are a bit small, food options are a bit limited.

Walkable access to many train lines (Yurikamome/Oedo/Ginza/Asakusa/JR).
Easy walk to Tsukiji outer market also.

The first day after we checked in I open the bathroom door and then I smell something very bad like somebody pooped and didn’t flush the toilet. Then I realized probably the smell came from the sewer system. I called front desk they sent a lady up to check 10 minutes later. She came in checked then she said” I didn’t smell anything. What did you smell?” I told her that I was standing outside by the door I even smell it. Then she began to turn on the sink water and tub water for about 2-3 minutes. I think she knew there is a problem from the sewer system. I’m not very happy because she could tell me where does that smell came from but not denied the fact. After flashing about two to three minutes. She said “now it’s normal no smell “ the she left. At midnight when I woke up I still can smell the bad smell came from the bathroom even the door was closed.
Next morning the smell still there I don’t understand why she denies it. It seems she knew there is a problem that is why she played her trick by flashing the water for two to three minutes. I guess the sewer system having problems which is when there’s no water flashing down the smell coming up.She knew the fact but refused to change another room for us. That is why I gave you one stop if I could give zero star I will do it.
