Nice boutique hotel in a convenient location within the Shinjuku station. Artsy vibes and trendy restaurants, one with an outdoor terrace present variety for dining. Within walking distance you can also find other local eateries and restaurants plus convenience stores so there’s a lot of options.

I really liked that there was a coffee and bakery in the hotel. So convenient! I do wish that the rooms had a closet to store clothes.

The park across the street is beautiful! The hotel staff was very helpful; the hotel was clean and the restaurant was very good. I'm glad I chose a larger single room, it was small but efficient.
On the negative side, the bed was the worst and most uncomfortable I've ever slept in. And the breakfast was very good but there were many trays of food that needed to be refilled faster for the quantity of people through there.

Clean, comfortable bed. Windows open so you can get fresh air. Good water pressure in the shower, and there is a great little bakery downstairs. Would definitely stay here again.

A fantastic place to stay as a base to explore Tokyo. Easy to find, comfortable rooms, great shared spaces, amazing bake house and perfect location. I’d stay again every time.

We stayed at this property at the end of our trip. Compared to the other hotels we’ve stayed at this was our least favorite. We said it was nice but we wouldn’t stay again. But, you get what you paid for the price point. However, we expected a little bit more service and hospitality wise. Check in and out was easy. During our stay we barely interacted with the staff. It’s about a 20 minute walk from Shinjuku station and 10 min walk to Oedo line. Good hotel for a couple of days, nothing special.

Safety - 10/10 (It's Japan anyway. Doesn't matter)

Room size - quite generous for Japan
Room facilities - 10/10
Convenience to reach - 10/10
Location - 10/10 (Close to all shopping areas in Shinjuku and Shibuya)
Breakfast - 10/10. So many vegetarian options to pick from. The food was delicious.
Subway station nearby - Yes
Restaurants nearby - 10/10
I highly recommend this to anyone.
