The hotel room is small but well-equipped. I particularly like that the hotel has laundry and drying facilities.

Very helpful staff who spoke English from fairly to very well. We spent two nights. Clean facility. However, a bit order and had a hint of moldy smell. Good size twin beds room by Japanese standard. Close to the Shinjuku Station in Tokyo. We felt safe but was not an upscale area.

Very convenient location which near the Higashi Shinjuku station. Beside got Lawson

accessibility to different transportation, walkable to Shinjukus shopping district. they allow to drop off luggages if you come early before check in and allow us to drop off while waiting for a flight in the evening. Hotel is clean

Location was perfect!! Quiet and not to far from the bustling Shinjuku centre.

the hotel is very convenient just few step from higashi Shinjuku metro ..walk alongside have 7 eleven and McDonald.
All the staff is very helpful and friendly..
There is a intern Nepal girl..she is friendly and helpful too..
Will stay here again foe my next holiday.
