Stayed in this property multiple times with great experiences every time. A very convenient, super clean, very quiet in a very busy area, very professional and friendly staff, a convenient store in the same building and very nice breakfast…

Staff were helpful, room was small but clean and quiet. Very close to Shinjuku. Would stay again

Location is superb so near to Shinjuku station. Rooms are compact ( typical Japan standard ) but great value. Breakfast was great. Delicious various dishes … grilled chicken , curry , salad , pastries and juice , coffee , soup.

It feels a business hotel so not a lot for tourists however reception try to help with limited English hotel is 15 minutes from station but the bus outside drops you there if you want. Quiet area rooms small but adequate breakfast Japanese style and plentiful. Had pleasant stay
