There’s no room service, no decaffeinated coffee available in the rooms for a 5 star hotel, this not so good. You provide regular coffee and tea in the room but not decaf coffee. Some people cannot drink anything with caffeine especially those with a heart condition like myself. Where do the guests expect to go get decaf coffee early in the morning! Disappointing.

Great location. Lots of food options near by. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed a wonderful breakfast every morning.

Excellent hotel nestled in the heart of Shinjuku. I highly recommend this hotel, splurge a little and get that grand premium stay. Totally worth it.

Mother was injured and asked to use the lounge on the top floor after check out while we waited for our train. (There are no couches in the lobby - just stiff dining chairs.) The staff refused, and informed us the lounge was for guests only. Meanwhile, no one informed us of the lounge during our multiple night stay. This kind of nickel and diming in a luxury hotel is extremely disappointing. We will not be returning.
