It’s in a quiet part of Shinjuku just 5 minutes from the metro so really convenient. Rooms are a good size, mattress and pillows were the best ever. I got such good sleep there.

The front desk was friendly and very helpful. However, after staying from other 3 hotels through out our trip this one is a bit disappointing, the room was outdated with no full length mirror. The carpet in front of room is already disintegrating. I guess we were paying for the location. Walking distance to Dotonbori.

Excellent hotel, roomy rooms with lots of storage, great location, and great staff. We will come back here next time in Shinjuku.

I love that they have a gym and staff are extremely nice and helpful! My only complain is the breakfast dining area is too small and can get really crowded, also, buffet selection needs improvement.
I don’t mind paying extra for a good breakfast.
