Location was amazing !!! Property was good, room could have been cleaner. Breakfast was horrible, I was told breakfast ended at 10 and you actually have to be seated by 9:30 for an awful buffet breakfast that is not worth the price I paid, Skip the breakfast option and enjoy the restaurants close by! Great hotel if you want to be in the centre of it all✨

Hotel is in the perfect spot. There’s a Starbucks nearby and plethora of dining options around the area. The only con with being in the perfect spot is that there are so many people walking the streets, it’s noisy, crowded and has litter compared to other areas in Tokyo.

Room is too small. Bathroom too small. Location is too noisy and chaotic for my age group.

the location is excellent.
unfortunately, the wifi in the room always has problem that is difficult to connect.
also, as its located at the center of shijuku, the noise pollution at midnight has to be concerned.

The property is slap bang in the middle of the vibrant noisy area of kabukicho shinjuku , but when you enter the hotel it is the total opposite, quiet and peaceful, the staff are friendly and helpful , the hotel is very clean and well looked after , The rooftop spa/onsen baths was a big plus to this hotel , nothing better after a long day of sightseeing to get back and have a soak in the mineral spring hot baths . i would stay here again when i next visit , thankyou 😁

If you want to experience Shinjuku night life this hotel is situated in a perfect spot. Plenty of restaurants and bars arounds that stay open until late night. A few steps from Don Quijote (famous department store) and the train station. Just be aware that this region is not a quite region, so if you are looking for a quite place to sleep during the night I would suggest another region.
