Good location as it is close to the station, but the road condition to the hotel is not great if you have heavy luggage.

Staff was very kind, helpful when needed and courteous. The area felt safe and was within easy walking distance from shopping and transportation.

Very nice hotel to stay at, good location, spacious room and hotel is full of facilities you want to stay for multiple nights to make good use of. Would definitely come back next time we visit Kyoto.
