A great hotel within walking distance of the train station. Also has a shuttle bus to & from the train station.

Free shuttle to train station was helpful. Wallpaper was peeling in the room. Shower grout had mold. Nice size room though.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in over my years of international travel. The staff is simply the best. If going to Tokyo stay here.

Great location, within 10mins walk from Kyoto station. Also a short walk to Kyoto Tower. Staff super friendly and happy to help. The room was on the smaller side but we opted for the cheapest option which you come to expect, still we had a faultless experience.

I had a satisfying stay at the Rhiga Hotel in Tokyo. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful, and the room was a decent size. The hotel's location is convenient, and they offer a shuttle service to Kyoto Station every 20 minutes. I really enjoyed the on-site restaurants, which provided a variety of breakfast options. I would definitely stay here again.

The best hotel that we stayed in Japan! The only thing that I would like to suggest if they can provide English subtitles on the shows on TVs. 🤗

Overall our experience at this hotel was good. We had a small issue when first arriving however the staff were able to help us. Positives: Great shuttle service to and from Kyoto station. Helpful concierge that showed us how to get to places we were unsure about. Good services my partner got his face shaved and massages and he loved this and for a reasonable price! Negatives: Breakfast in the French dining - it had a great view however we were not told that it was a set menu and as I am a vegetarian I wasn’t given a different option. Dinner buffet - found this extremely disappointing. We had to spend 5000yen each, which seemed very very expensive and with a limited selection of food. I would recommend staying at the hotel however I would suggest eating elsewhere. PS this is a very large hotel and doesn’t have a lot of atmosphere if that is something you are looking for.
