The washlet bidet was not working. No change of room because of this issue. It is 15 minutes far which is hard to travel in Summer especially august.
But otherwise, the stay and the people were pleasant. I loved the 温泉!

This is an onsen ryokan. A natural hot spring Japanese style inn. It is quiet and relaxing. If there is not an option for dinner when you book, contact the hotel directly (not Expedia). It is a must to participate in eating the multi course meal. Not only is it delicious, there is not much near by. Each night the menu changes, but it is a set menu. You will not be disappointed. Also, schedule your pick up at the train station.

雰囲気がとても良くスタッフも親切でチェックインの時間も臨機応変に対応してくれました。中庭の池の鯉とカモに餌やりができ、コーヒーを飲みながらソファでゆったりとその様子を見ることができたり、館内は畳敷きの廊下になっているので素足で歩くととても気持ちが良かったです。

スタッフの方の丁寧な対応にとても嬉しく思いました。
朝食を頂きましたがとても美味しく大変満足でした。
また行きたい旅館です。

心落ち着くとても良い宿でした。
宿中央の池にはに錦鯉とカルガモがいて、
とても印象的でまた泊まり宿でした。
