"The location of the hotel is excellent. It is right at Mark City and it is just located at Shibuya crossing. It is located on the 5F, 2F to 4F are all restaurants, 2F are different metro lines and JR, 1F are big groceries, Diaso. Mega Don quote is 24hr and it is about 5min walk. You can beat the location!!! Hightly recommend. Staffs are super nice and helpful. You can also also wash your clothes. 500yen for washing, 200yen for each 30min drying. Also, there are direct airport buses right at the hotel for both airports. From NRT to hotel is 3600yen each way and it takes about 90min, nrt to hotel entrance. You can also see Shibuya crossing from the elevator. We really enjoy the hotel every moment. The room is about 200sq, not very big and luxurious but very comfortable, at least i can lag out my 2 huge luggages"

"Very clean and spacious room for a reasonable price. Lovely staff, nice amenities. Coffee bar available and given two free coffees with our stay. Beautiful bathroom with large tub as well and decent counter space. Hard to come by in Japan! Only a little far from a station but otherwise would stay there again! "

"Amazing Service and Everything Meets and Exceeds Expectations Only Amenities that need upgrading is the gym due to insufficient amount of weight and only having dumbbell rack and treadmills as the exercises and the laundry dryer was very weak even after 3 hrs of drying 2 hoodies they were still damped however regardless of these two downsides the staff and the room itself made everything an amazing experience. "

"The room was amazing! We had an beautiful view and had no problems with our stay. All the staff was very nice and helped us with our luggage. So many things are close by as well, along with a 7/11 and many different restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!"
