Room was starting to look a little worn out .
Location was the best thing about this hotel
Breakfast was below average . Food quality poor and no variation in choice . Certainly wouldn’t pay extra for breakfast

The rooms were very spacious (especially for Tokyo) with plenty of space for personal belongings and luggage. The bathroom was small but standard for Japan. Furniture is a little dated but the room is very clean and housekeeping has to clean the room at least every 3 days even if you put a do not disturb sign but they do warn you.
We were up on the 31st floor so could barely hear the street noise however the extract air in the bathroom was very noisy even with the bathroom door shut. Throughout the night it didn't stop and the wall controller in the bathroom didn't do anything. You get used to it but that's the only downside.
The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. Right next to Shinjuku station with plenty of restaurants nearby. Yoyogi station is 4 minute walk so very convenient either way. Would stay here again on future Tokyo visits but we will book the Panoramic room!

We loved the fantastic breakfast buffet and the views from the restaurant. The room was nice and quiet and had plenty of room for the 3 beds. The view from the room was also exceptional. The only criticism we had was that the room was too warm. We would turn on the air conditioning but it would regularly change to a warmer setting. The fan they gave us helped significantly.
