The staff are excellent and vert friendly. The room was clean but average at its best. The toilet kept running every time it was flushed. The beds and furniture were not consistent with the other comfort inns I’ve stayed in for a cheaper middle of the week rate. The rate at $177 dollars was considerably higher than the level of quality and maintenance at the property. Advertised amenities were not well maintained. The lights in the spa area do not work properly so it’s only open during daylight hours. The hot tub only has two of its ten plus jets working. The elliptical machine in the exercise room is also not working properly. For the price the owner should invest in the property and make its rooms and amenities consistent with the other properties in the chain. I stayed at another comfort inn in Colorado the night before and am currently at one in Montana as I write this and both are cheaper per night and much higher quality.

Only stay here if you want to be taxed twice

After leaving the hotel I received a notification that my credit card had been charged for the room. I had already paid through the app. So I called to tell them. They said they would get it taken off. Then I received another charge. So I called them to ask what it was for. They said it was for tax, even though I was charged tax also through the app. They said they don’t get paid for the tax from hotels.com. So I was charged tax twice. I also had to call 6 times before they answered the phone. I asked for my itinerary number to send an email to their corporate office and the number they gave me didn’t work. Also the shower would not drain. The breakfast was terrible.

Loud fan in bedroom disrupting sleep. Needs upkeep. Otherwise, this is a good property.

Eveyone at the hotel is fabulous. I just wish the shower had a little more pressure.
