Was there for work purpose working 2 nights. I requested for an hour more as late check out but management refused. They stated knocking on my door even before the usual check out time.
Paid for 3 nights & received this kind of attitude. Quite a poor attitude of the management.

Southgate was a lovely place to stay the deluxe suite was awesome plenty of room very quite considering it’s near the highway thank you very much for our enjoyable stay

Overall a wonderful stay
.clean, tidy, modern, everything you could want.
The only letdown was the very poor water pressure in the shower.

Second time we’ve stayed here. Room is spacious and clean, bed is comfortable but not quite big enough for co-sleeping 2 adults but still just enough room.

The room was perfect for what we needed and the price - a bed, shower and plenty of space for our toddler’s portacot. Facilities in room included small fridge, kettle and toaster. Toddler loved running around in the courtyard. Checkin was very easy.
