Venus is on a hill

The room was very big and clean. The breakfast had a lot of selection and was of good quality. The service of the hotel was friendly. I would stay here again if I am ever in that area again. The location was not bad but it is in a section of Shenzhen that is a good distance away from the center of Shenzhen and the Hong Kong border. The area did not have a lot of taxi cars. There were much more taxi motorcycles.

The location of property is good and also convenience for shopping, the staff is helpful and kindness.

Shenzen stay over on the way to Yiwu

On arriving the reception staff were friendly. We did request non smoking but the room smelt of smoke so I made them aware of this. They did their best to quickly resolve the problem, which they did. The smoking issue is normal for China, so don,t take this as a negative just normal. I have been to all parts of China on many occasions and I feel that my experience was pretty good. The location for us was good for a family travelling for business. There is a Shopping Centre over the road . It is nice if You not want to eat at the hotel My family ate there and the food was nice. It is not the location if you want to buy copy bags ETC. The buffet breakfast at the hotel had a lovely ambience and the food was quite good. I would stay there again with my family next time I pass through ShenZen.

Staff doesn't speak English and bad services. Room is nice and roomy.

The hotel did not have information that payment had already been made upon booking. Much time was wasted for the counterstaff to confirm and reconfirm on payment. This happened twice in a row. Despite assurance after 1st encounter, same issue aroused at second check out.
