Service and attention to detail needs improving

The overall stay was nice. The room was comfortable and clean. It would have been better if the reception staff paid more attention to detail though - they didn't tell us the breakfast times, opening times and services that come with the executive lounge. Food in the lobby cafe and room service is expensive and not really worth the money, but the breakfast buffet was good. Our room was not ready when we checked in so we were just told to wait - again customer service and detail was lacking for a 5 star hotel.

Very convenient

The staff are very friend with the hotel well located. It is very near to a local park which is quite beautiful at night. It was a fantastic experience if you’re walking at night with your loved ones. Close to shopping malls as well
