Generally an excellent and comfortable place with a friendly and helpful staff. Will stay there again if the price continues to be reasonable. Maybe an 8 minute drive from the airport, and a good mall/eating area very close by. I am overlooking one incident, where at 4a.m. the staff were not immediately able to be helpful. It was 4a.m. But that was the only negative incident in 3 days and there were many positive ones.

They no longer offer airport shuttle service. Had a very hard time getting taxi to accept us. No room service or restaurant food available apon arrival. Room was good.

Awesome customer service!

I had to book this hotel last minute as when I got to the airport and found out my flight had been cancelled, I needed somewhere to stay. I was in a panic and exhausted and terribly upset about not being able to fly home to the US, and the two people at check in were incredibly kind and helpful. Ada and David took care of me, and they showed me where to go to get something to eat since the hotel is currently not serving food due to Covid restrictions - David even walked me over to the restaurant and waited to make sure they got my order right. The room is comfortable and the hotel is beautiful. Everyone is very friendly, and I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel interior and room size as expected of Courtyard, but the location was really inconvenient for travellers who would like to shop around Shenzhen. It's nearer to the airport so it really depends on the needs of the traveller. There is a shopping mall right beside the hotel so it's still convenient, but only for people who are here for a short stay. Much is left to be desired for some of the reception and door staff too. Asked for help to call a taxi but was told to get them via the app myself twice by 2 different staff (both reception and door). Staff are pretty passive and not hospitable compared to other Courtyard branches or even other hotel branches i've stayed before.. Also, did not get much recommendations for nearby attractions too. I liked the free shuttle to the airport, but the staff didn't inform us that the vehicle was already waiting for us at the door, and no one helped us with moving the baggage out to the door too. Housekeeping was really attentive and did a really good job! I may choose to stay at another Courtyard branch if i do return to Shenzhen again.
