Literally built in what was an Victorian army barracks using what was the guardroom

Great hotel. Close to shops and public transport. About half a mile walk to Sheffield Wednesdays stadium. Lovely breakfast and great staff.

Would stay again. Handy for Hillsborough which is where I needed to be. Good Tram links straight to city centre. Not so good for anyone with Mobility issues, lots of steps but understandable due to history of place. Great bar.lovely staff. Needs a couple of rooms for dog friendly travelling. Lots of outside space which in summer would like to see in use.
