Need some TLC and bathtub and sink don’t drain

Bathtub and sink in bathroom did not drain- very off putting
Heat in apartment too hot and unclear how to regulate- window only opens a little
TV instructions would’ve been helpful as it was not clear how to set this up
Bathroom could’ve been cleaner
Should really not charge for parking as it comes as part of the building- very cheeky

The flat is clean and spacious.location is good, lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, but a little bit noisy at the night time. It has everything I need, it would be better if the shower head is bigger.
