"We had a fantastic stay. The restaurant was amazing. We literally went every single day. My only issue was the fact that the ice machines did not work and the staff did not know which floors did work. I had tried four different floors before I found an ice machine that actually worked. We went to the Brooklyn Paramount, which was a five minute walk. It was a five minute walk to the subway the bagel place on the corner was fantastic. There was a Goodwill and a Dunkin around the block. The valet staff were awesome and that process was exceptionally easy if I go back to Brooklyn again I would 1000% stay here."

"Peter on front desk on 5/9 & 10 was friendly & helpful to inexperienced travelers, making our check out convenient & securing luggage, giving train travel advice. Clean, roomy. Very comfortable beds. Quiet enough. Frig & micro"

"It was okay but I wouldnt stay here again or recommend, my room was by the train so it was loud. Property wasn’t maintained well, hallways and elevator smell like smoke, shower did not get hot, walls are thin. No handsoap in my bathroom. This is fine in a pinch but I was excited to leave in the morning"

"The convenience fee is simply extortion by Hilton to profiteer . Basically you give them $35 per night and they give you $9 to buy stuff . The rooms need some Maintenance which should not be happening in a $ 500 a night . On the good side all the front end staff were very nice and professional . "

"This is my second stay at this hotel. My lives down the street, so it's a no brainer. We were only there over night. The staff member who checked us in was VERY nice, informative, courteous & just a pleasant person. Customer service at it's finest. In that field you should be a service to the customer & he was. We didn't eat breakfast, however, the first time we stayed, it was delicious. A variety of items to choose from. Overnight trip, the hotel served it's purpose."
