Great hotel

- Food: good, especially the Culina restaurant (fish). Buffet restaurants (Soprano/Mediteranian) were also good, and there were some foods/deserts that were delicious. - Animation: very energetic and eager to get you engage into activities, at least the guys. Cool activities. - Internet: good coverage, there are some cold spots (no wifi), but it's rare. I got about 30/30mbps at the lobby bar and in my room. There are some outages, but quite rare, mostly in the evenings, so for video calls I used mobile data (t-mobile, like $15 for 30gb at airport). - Sports: - Volleyball: good court and good ball. Having some reflectors would be ideal, to be able to play in the evening - Ping-pong (table tennis): good table, bad rackets; they are falling apart, and rubber is non-existant. It's inside, so at least wind isn't a problem. - Billiard: quite bad tables (2) - it's all warped as it's outside. You can play, but it's not the most enjoyable game, as ball is always going to the corner. - Remote work (for digital nomads): not great, not terrible. Tables at lobby bar are quite high relative to the chair, so your shoulders/traps will ache after an hour or two. Good internet. You can work at the buffet restaurant (Soprano) when it's opened, table there is better. - Pushy salesmen: some comments say the scuba/massage guys (working for commission) are too pushy. IMO they aren't that bad. And do bargain for the price, you can get 50% off the initial price offer.

On the sea, Good snorkeling but not a swimming beach. However there are 3 lovely pools for swimming. Staff was very friendly and helpful. First room we had was very tired but we changed rooms due to entertainment noise and the 2nd room was newer.

Despite the unprofessional staff on the reception , that Hotel is very okay. Too many entertaining activities in the beach during the day (You can book a diving & Snorkeling trip from there where they pick you from the Hotel) as well as in the evenings where there is singers/ dancers / shows every night. Breakfast & Dining Buffet are good with a very big variety of food. Overall Experience at that Hotel is pleasant and would advise of it.

Location: Mercato mall within 300 meters , Alf leila wee Leila ( show theater ) , Koko ( nice club ) ,
Room was fine , I was upgraded to a family room for free as the hotel was busy , reception manager Mr.Mostafa and Mr.Ahmed are very friendly and caring guys for any request , food Is oky , restaurant very clean and smells great . Thanks for all

Disappointed

I am disappointed with the guys working at the reception, they where rude and not helpful. I don't think they where qualified for this job. The waiters at the upper dinning room where nice and helpful. But the waiters at the Restaurent by the pool where rude and not professional. The rooms needed update; broken chair, old and dirty bathroom. Also room service was terrible; I have to ask for towels for three or four time to get it. The A/C was not working properly, I called several times complaining about it with no results. I travelled all over the world, and I picked this hotel because it was advertised as 5 stars. From my experience unfortunately I would give it maximum 4 stars. I will never come back again to this hotel.

Chose hotel for Honeymoon

Pros: Free water Bottles No charge for use of safe in room Coral reef on hotel beach property
Cons: Facilities Food quality
Location: Decent distance from airport Central location. Close to most attractions
Overall good experience. Facilities are a bit dated. Location not too far from airport. Most staff are great and friendly. Food is average. Would go back.
