Very clean, English speaking employees, good amenities. Near restaurants walkable. Near Shanghai national exhibition center. Rooms are comfortable but on the smaller side.

Good mixed of restaurants within walking distance. Friendly staff. Especially Marilyn Xu who is kind and helpful to us. She is very knowledgeable and have all the answers we consulted. Very impressed.

The hotel is well designed and stylishly furnished. Our overall experience was great. However, breakfast and other meals were definitely not up to standard and does not love up to expectations. Service in general was amateur and could be improved (no concierge, no assistance with luggage, no valet parking etc). The waking street adjacent to the hotel is a great supplement. Plenty of restaurant options there.
