I love the location, staff,design of the hotel. Everything is perfect. Only thing i can think of is to have a box of tissue next to the bed for convenience, but it doesnt have.

Stay here for excellent hotel staff - Melanie, Zora, Sharon, and the whole team really elevate this hotel vs competitors. The location is super cool and there's a fun area right across with shops, restaurants, a couple of craft beer places, and a cocktail bar, all in front of the mall. Every hotel around here has the location but the staff is the differentiator.

The property has a convenient location and is great for business travel. However the rooms are dated and worn, a renovation of the property is needed, they’re no longer fit for a five star hotel.
