Terrible experience
Posted 30 Jul 2023 on HotelsThe air conditioner was broken and it was so hot in my room that I couldn't sleep. I called the front desk but they told me I had to wait for the next day. The most ridiculous part was the remote control screen was broken so you can't even tell what's the temperature setting. I asked to change to a different room, but they told me all the remote control was broken like this. :(

房間很大, 有書桌及客廳, 二人同住也各自有工作閱讀空間。有甚麼需求, 酒店服務員很快來幫忙。另外, 酒店客人可以享用附近一個健身房, 設備非常齊全。

staff are very friendly and helpful. The fresh flower decorations are super gorgeous. The dining environment and food are very good. Included breakfast choices are awesome. The room is spacious and nicely decorated. The beds are very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there very much.

Do NOT book this hotel. Stay away!!
Posted 20 May 2023 on HotelsI can't believe this hotel claimed to be a 5-star hotel. All the furnitures in the room were dirty, stained and disgusting. The room smelled like mould and smoke. The air conditioner didn't work in the first room that I was given so that I had to move to a different room. I had to move my own luggages because there's NOBODY to help me. They also don't clean the floor. I dropped some breadcrumbs on the floor accidentally, they were still on the floor after they "cleaned" the room.

Buffet Breakfast and service are pretty good.
Condition of the hotel room is a little worn down

Like this hotel....

After leaving without a delivered package I have been unable to communicate in anyway with the hotel. Frustrating as other than that it was a home run!
