Staff are professional, friendly and helpful. Check in and out process is easy and fast. Room is spacious with great citi view. The bed and beddings are comfortable.

Amazing room (pearl view) and location. I’m originally from Shanghai and just went to visit my motherland for a bit. This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed when visiting Shanghai. Thanks

The whole team from front desk, bellman, Houskeeping to restaurant were very friendly and helpful. The only imperfection was allowing little kids to be in the hot tub after 9pm were disruptive to the quiet enjoyment of other paying guests.
