We stayed here for a week and it was wonderful! Clean, quiet, staff was excellent and very professional and everyone we dealt with spoke excellent English. The breakfast buffet was huge and delicious with many western and eastern options. The location was very convenient with plenty of restaurant and shopping options within a few minutes walk as well as the Metro. Awesome experience!!

The HVC system was not good. Our first night, the room temperature only reached 21 degree Celsius. Hotel offered us a different room on the second day, room tempurature stayed at 27 degrees Celsius. There was nothing hotel staff could do. Only thing they could do is offering a fun. We had to keep our room door open a lot of time in order to bring the temperature down. Rather disappointed.

breakfast is good. Every day has different varieties of Chinese foods. western foods are soso specially coffee is so light. Good facility convenient location. Heater control in room not working, temperature was too high, sweating all night but couldn’t do nothing.

All of the staff were totally helpful, friendly and really made the stay special. Loved the breakfasts... Many thanks and we will return next time.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms and public shared areas are very clean. Lack of hotel dinning options or bars is disappointing. Room closet and shelf design is not functional.
