Shower fittings not working well. Room is non smoking but have cigarette smell. Service staffs slow and not very friendly.

Room is clean and cozy. The bath tub setting is a little bit wired without door closure and direct connect to bedroom. Other than that everything is fine.

Check-in process was not smooth. My room wasn’t ready and I had to wait over 40 minutes. I wasn’t told my room was ready. I had to check at front desk after I waited over 30 minutes. Then they confused my name with another reservation. Because of the confusion and long wait my room was upgraded. The room was spacious and nice but the coffee maker didn’t work. Overall my stay was decent but there is room for improvement considering how expensive the rooms are.
